01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the phjoin98 website located at phjoin98.vip and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the phjoin98 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

04 User Conduct

You agree to use the phjoin98 Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, promotion, or system on the Platform.

phjoin98 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual patterns of play, wagering, and withdrawal activity. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation, and potential permanent termination with forfeiture of associated balances.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phjoin98 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phjoin98 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank

However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and phjoin98 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

phjoin98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoin98 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoin98 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12 Termination

phjoin98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination for cause, phjoin98 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or material breach is established, any real-money balance in the account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phjoin98 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phjoin98 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations may apply to certain aspects of the Platform's operations.

14 Amendments

phjoin98 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. For material changes, phjoin98 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
